Fighting icon Manny Pacquiao said that the fight between him and Floyd Mayweather Jr. now rests in the hand of the latter after Pacquiao agreed to the 14-day cut off period for the drug testing. In case the fight do not take place, it only means that Mayweather is dodging him.

He also revealed that he will take a one week crash course about public administration and governance at the University of the Philippines to prepare him work as a Congressman.
